Proudly made in Australia, Original Parasol Co. is a luxury resort-inspired outdoor umbrellas brand. Born from a desire to find a backyard umbrella that was not only stylish but also designed for the Australian climate, and definitely not beige, the mission was clear: to bring elegance, colour, and the feeling of luxury resort living into everyday homes.

We began by clarifying their positioning and story, grounding the brand in craftsmanship, sustainability, and elegance. The identity paired a refined wordmark with subtle design details that nodded to tradition while keeping the overall feel contemporary. Collateral and packaging echoed this balance, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforced the idea of a timeless accessory reimagined.
The brand launch garnered strong attention, with features in House & Garden, Home Beautiful, and Belle magazine, as well as recognition at Design Show Australia where Original Parasol Co. was awarded Best in Show for a small stand. The result was a brand identity that not only elevated the product but positioned the company as a distinctive player in the lifestyle and design market.
